The estate has been certified organic since 2003 and biodynamic since 2017.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-weight: 400;\"\u003eVineyards are located twelve miles from the Pacific Ocean and with an average altitude of 450m. Soil is shallow; rock and limestone. The grapes are hand-harvested in separate batches. After they are cluster-pressed, the grapes are fermented in small batches in authentic French and oak barrels.
