DELIVERY Terms & Conditions


We're extremely keen about making sure your purchases arrive on time and in pristine condition. At the checkout you can select whether you

• COLLECT your order from our shop in Hove
• or choose to have it DELIVERED. (UK mainland only for courier deliveries)
• We also offer free local deliveries within a 5 mile radius for orders over £100. Local deliveries take place on Tuesdays and Fridays between 10am and 6pm.

NATIONAL DELIVERY

CURRENTLY WE CAN ONLY SHIP TO MAINLAND UK.

WE DO NOT OFFER SHIPPING FOR FOOD ITEMS.

Typically most orders are delivered within 3 working days from receipt of your order, if the order is placed by 1pm Monday-Friday

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday.

No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.

Orders made over a weekend will be processed on the following Tuesday.

Standard delivery within UK Mainland

The cost of UK mainland delivery is £8.95 

FREE on orders over £150 if goods are being delivered to a single recipient at a single UK delivery address.

Please use the additional comments area should you have any specific instructions relevant to delivery.

All deliveries are made by national Couriers. If no one is home, the courier will leave a card to say they have attempted delivery and how to re-arrange another delivery
