Enkircher Ellergrub Riesling Auslese 2011

A typical petroleum nose giving way to guava, lemon zest and pear. Honeyed lemon on the palate. Sweet but not overtly so. This Auslese has a wonderfully light elegance to it. It is mineralic, and mild, with peaches all over the place and low in acidity.
