Deep red, heading towards purple in colour. A ‘punchy’, dense wine with aromas of ripe, almost jammy red fruits and plum. Hints of chocolate and vanilla with underlying spice and liquorice and soft tannins give good structure.

Additional Information: A perfect companion to grilled or barbequed meats such as lamb or beef, particularly flame grilled steak and ribs.
Located on the foothills of the Andes Mountains in Perdriel, Mendoza, grapes are taken from two vineyards; 60% from Perdriel, based at the highest part (altitude of 980m) of the Mendoza River and 40% from the vineyard at Vista Flores in Valle de Uco (1080m altitude). Grapes are de-stemmed and crushed with three days of cold maceration before fermenting in stainless steel, before eight months in oak barrels (70% French 30% American).
