Deep golden amber, the nose is big, generous and rich with lots of yeasty flor and notes of sourdough balanced by a slight straw buttery note and a hint of almond. Oxidative notes are just beginning to make an appearance.

This is a powerful Fino which is approaching the style of an Amontillado. This wine, is a blend composed of a selection from nine butts in this solera and blends the different yeast strains giving amazing complexity.  All bottles are En Rama, only gently filtered or entirely unfiltered, with no other treatments or additions, including sulfur.
