Additional Information: The Quaglia Italian Classics were created with the aim of rediscovering family recipes, handed down from generation to generation since the early twentieth century, drawn from the passion and experience of four generations. This Amaretto is made from an infusion of bitter almonds with alcohol, together with a selection of herbs and spices and sugar.

Amaretto lends itself brilliantly to cocktails with bourbon, and tequila and citrus, the obvious and very delicious one being an amaretto sour. It’s equally good but a little less glamourous poured over ice-cream or simply enjoyed over ice with a slice of lemon.
