Bright straw yellow color with rich and persistent bubbles. Fresh on the nose, mandarin, lime and grapefruit, white flowers, acacia and elderflowers. Mineral traces, slight yeasty scent and typical fragrance of bread crust, white peach, apple and pear on palate.

Additional Information: Fratelli Berlucchi's vineyards all lie between Borgonato and Cortefranca, in the province of Brescia and with 70 hectares are the largest privately owned estate of the Franciacorta appellation, they only use their own grapes and registered as the first Franciacorta DOC in 1967.
Soil is dry calcareous, left in the ancient geological era by a great glacier that carved out the Valle Camonica to form the present Lake Iseo. Grapes are handpicked, vines are approximately 10 years old and at 220m altitude. The wine has been fermented in the traditional method and has spent 19 months on the lees. The Brut 25 is named as is 25 months from harvest.
