Additional Information: The idea of Bibo Runge came through long discussions between Walter Bibo and Kai Runge in the autumn of 2013. They have a small winery in Hallgarten, where the respected traditional method of making wine is paramount.

Regularly topping taste tests of non alcoholic wines. An environmentally and sustainable method of working the vineyards is the basic principle. The grapes for this wine are carefully selected and hand-picked then gently pressed before undergoing slow fermentation in steel tanks for 10 months. The alcohol was extracted under low pressure (vacuum). After this process they added back a hint of  one of their very intense Rieslings so the alcohol level is 0.2% ABV.
