Light amber in colour with touches of green. On the nose bread dough, fresh grapes and almonds. Slightly sweet balanced by a lovely bitterness on the finish. Fresh yet rounded.

The classico range is of slightly younger sherries, this Pale cream has eight years under flor made from both fino and PX soleras.
