Goisot- Bourgogne Aligote 2018. This Aligoté shows wonderful aromatic expressions of tree fruit such as pear and ripe apples, citrus and hawthorn. The palate has fruity notes on a background of minerality with white flowers and spice, with a slightly nutty hazelnut finish.

Txomin Etxoniz , Txakoli 2019. Pale lemon colour with light green hues. A lively, slightly sparkling white wine with moderate alcohol and a refreshing acidity. Aromas of fresh citrus fruits and whiteblossoms are joined by flavours of crisp green apple, pear and zingy lemon on the palate.

Caparzo, Sangiovese, IGT Toscana, 2017. Bright, fruity red, fresh and fruity nose of elder, cherries, spices and citrus fruits. The firm body and its fresh finish make it a wonderful wine and food companion. It pairs rather well with tomato-based pasta dishes.
