Additional Information: Romain and Jean-Guillaume Chapuis are creating affordable wines from Burgundy’s lesser-known appellations, from Bourgogne-Montrecul in the north to Bouzeron in the Côte Chalonnaise, as well as family vines in Grand Cru Corton-Charlemagne and 1er Cru Aloxe-Corton. Their wines are fermented using natural yeasts and minimal added sulphites, before being bottled without fining-filtration.
