Herbal red berries and red grapes on the nose, with notes of peeled tree bark. In the mouth, bittersweet mulled-Wine like with layers of cinnamon, peppery spice and bone-dry quinine. Long and dry finish with red wine flavours and tannins.

‘Dopo Teatro’ means ‘After the Theatre’ in Italian, the name makes reference to the Piedmontese tradition of stopping for a glass of vermouth with a lemon zest after leaving the theatres of Turin.
Dopo Teatro is considered a rare ‘evening vermouth’, created according to the original recipe, where Artemisia is enriched with rhubarb, quassia wood, chiretta and cinchona. This Vermouth is considered a sweet vermouth but can’t be expected to taste as every other sweet vermouth, it does have notes of bitter wormwood.
