Cocchi Vermouth Di Torino Extra Dry 50CL

White flower, green apple and melon on the nose, aromatic and botanical. In the mouth it is bright and herbaceous, the lemon peel and mint coming through strongly.

This Vermouth is the newest addition to the Cocchi family, released on the 130th Anniversary of the foundation of Cocchi. The wine used for this blend is Cortese, the same grape used in Gavi DOCG, and one of its characteristics is the use of Menta Di Pancalieri, a local variety of peppermint, and lemon. It also includes botanicals like coriander, cardamom and wormwood, a herb used also in absinthe.

The release of this Vermouth in 2021 was meant to bring back Cocchi’s roots and as such, uses only ingredients that are native to the Piedmont region, paying homage to its origins and history.
