A bone-dry refreshing sparkling wine with virtually no residual sugar, Rich, toasty and savoury, with a creamy mousse, a dry finish and lots of nutty, honey notes, with the added twist of a saline profile from the ageing under flor yeast, and the addition of Palo Cortado and Amontillado from Sanlucar which gives it a subtle complexity.

Additional Information: Colet Navazos Extra Brut is produced under the appellation Penedés according to the traditional (champenoise) method of secondary fermentation in bottles, starting with base wines sourced from the Colet vineyards. The southern presence is felt in the secondary fermentation and especially in the use of different dosage wines.
This Extra Brut has enjoyed an ageing process of 30 months. The base wine is 100% Xarel.lo coming from the Colet vineyards in the hills of Penedés, and the Jerez contribution Palo Cortado and Amontillado.
