Deep in colour, intense black fruits on the nose and bursting with juicy summer fruits on the palate. Velvety mouthfeel with good tannins, medium bodied.

Additional Information: The wine label refers to the removal parking sticker placed on wine maker Nicolas Réau’s car by the French authorities when trying to think of the name for the wine. 'Enlèvement Demandé', translates to 'Removal Requested', a warning that the car will be towed if not moved by the owner.
Grapes are hand harvested. Three weeks of maceration, with wild yeast fermentation (without temperature control) for three weeks. Full malolactic fermentation. Half matured in concrete vats, half in conical wooden vats. Unfiltered, unfined and no added sulphur.
