Additional Information: Domaine Alain Chavy is a leading Burgundian estate with its cellar in Puligny-Montrachet in the Côte de Beaune. It is known for a range of pure, elegant wines, all from the Chardonnay grape variety. It was formed in 2003 when Alain and his brother Jean-Louis decided to split Domaine Gerard Chavy, which they had previously run together.
Domaine Alain Chavy is one of the village’s leading producers consisting of 17 acres, mainly in Puligny-Montrachet, with small holdings in the neighbouring villages of Chassagne and Meursault, creating wines of great restraint and complexity that have the potential to age for decades.
Although labelled as a Bourgogne Blanc, the grapes are solely from Puligny.
