Rich aromas of fresh white peaches, lemon peel and nectarines, dried melon, brioche and an underlying nuttiness. Complex but well-balanced, dry, concentrated stone fruits and has a very long finish. Intense and weighty.

Domaine des Carlines was created by husband and wife team Patrick and Sophie Ligeron in 2015, when they took advantage of an opportunity to take over 11 hectares in Jura, Patrick’s birthplace. Patrick had been dreaming for years of owning his own vineyard and you can taste this in his wines.

Grapes are hand harvested from a single plot in the famous Château-Chalon, fermented in used Burgundian Oak Barrels and matured for 12 to 15 months
