Delicate on the nose, floral notes with raspberry and violets. Soft and elegant in the mouth with fresh red fruits, black cherries and a minerality on the finish.

Additional Information: Based in the Volnay, the Domaine was passed down to son Pierrick eight years ago. Using minimal intervention in the vineyard, the grapes are hand picked, hand sorted and loaded into tank for 20-30 days. Fermentation takes place without the use of sulfur, care is taken not to over extract colour and tannin before 12 months in oak. Minimal sulphur added at bottling.  

Will pair well with game dishes.
