Tasting Note: The latest bottling in this FlorPower series, a fresher vinous style but still shows the mineral characteristics of the vineyards and the toasty influence from the time spent under Flor in cask even though the length of time has been reduced.

Additional Information: Along these lines, in 2023 we bottled Florpower's tenth (MMXXII, that is 2022), with No. 119 of the La Bota series.

In this vintage, they have dispensed with tenuous ageing under flor in steel tanks after intense biological ageing in traditional 600-litre Sherry casks. The wine is fermented in the same casks in which they later aged under flor for eight months until bottling at the end of May 2023.

100% of fine Palomino grapes from the Sanluqueña vineyard with strains between 55 and 85 years located in the Miraflores La Baja months until it is released and bottled at the end of May 2023.
