Additional Information:  From Emmanuel and Charles-Henry Fourny, emerging stars of their generation, this wine showcases their fresh and pure style. They now own and lease (from other family members) some 20 hectares of 1er Cru vineyards in the Côtes de Blancs. 

Limestone and Chalk soil. Vines 40+ years old. Hand-harvested Chardonnay grapes with first press juice only and all 20 terroirs vinified separately. This wine spends seven months on lees, with minimal sulfur added. Minimum of three years ageing prior to disgorgement and a further six months under cork. Brut Nature is a champagne with no dosage.
