One of our favourite Champagnes. Gold in colour with an attractive fruity nose and aromas of exotic fruit, a fine and long tasting mousse.A very well balanced supple palate, with a myriad of tiny bubbles, fresh apple flavours, a touch of ripe pear and some zingy mandarin tones.Very, very quaffable and very affordable.

Pastrami cured trout

A fourth and Church favourite, we cure Chalk Stream trout with pastrami spices. The texture of smoked salmon and with a beautiful rich flavour accented with pepper.

Fourth and Church pickles

Our mix of seasonal vegetables from Namaysati farm near Lewes and beyond, pickled with Chardonnay vinegar, pink peppercorns and star anise.
