Gallimard Champagne, Blanc de Noirs, NV
Gold in colour with an attractive fruity nose and aromas of exotic fruit, a fine and long tasting mousse. A very well balanced supple palate, with a myriad of tiny bubbles, fresh apple flavours, a touch of ripe pear and some zingy mandarin tones. Very, very quaffable!

Additional Information: The Gallimard Champagne is produced at Les Riceys, famous for its fine pinots noirs and its Rosé des Riceys. The Gallimard family are producers from father to son for the last six generations. They develop their Champagnes respecting tradition and modern winemaking. In 1930, Jules and Ernest Gallimard, winegrowers, decided to produce their first bottles of Champagne. Then Pierre and Jean succeeded them, and actually, Didier and Arnaud are the current owners of a 10-hectare vineyard.
