Granville Wine Co. Koosah Chardonnay 2023

Bright aromas of lemon curd and white peach, layered with subtle hints of wet slate and fresh almond. On the palate it has yellow orchard fruit through to a mineral‑driven mid‑palate. This wine has a gentle richness balanced with a vibrant acidity. The finish is long, finely textured, and lightly saline with a whisper of orange zest and smoky nuance.

Additional Information: This single‑vineyard Chardonnay comes from Koosah Vineyard in the Eola‑Amity Hills AVA, one of the highest and steepest vineyards in the Willamette Valley. Koosah Vineyard was established by the Chambers Family in 2016, following their vision to push viticultural boundaries with data-driven Biodynamic farming and permaculture design

Whole‑cluster pressed, 11 months barrel ageing French oak with partial malolactic Conversion and sur‑lie handling to preserve freshness and texture.

Drinking now but built for cellaring over the next 8‑12 years. Decant before drinking.
