A litchi pink hue with slight salmon reflections with a wonderful aromatic expression, an intense fruity nose of strawberry and ripe yellow peach. Dry and crisp with bags of fresh strawberry and grapefruit on the palate and a lovely persistent finish.

From the heart of Provence on Julian Faulkner’s family estate, this rosé offers the aromatic quintessence of Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah, and Rolle, and a careful balance between character and elegance. The 2019 vintage began with a warm and pleasant winter that led to an early spring followed by a warm and very dry summer. This impeded the normal ripening of the grapes but with patience we waited for them to achieve optimal ripeness. Small yields but a great wine.
