Additional Information: This Arroyuelo – Selecciòn de Botas is a limited edition, Fino En Rama, from Primitivo Collantes. Based in Chiclana they age their wines outside the three permitted towns that enable them to have the Jerez DO on the label. However, they are still based in the wider production zone so have a separate classification. For this bottling, they select the casks which have the most active flor and bottle en rama, with no filtering or clarifying, at an average age of around 5 years.
