A complex palate dominated by the pinot noir with a long-lasting finish, whilst the Chardonnay adds finesse and freshness. A fuller, more red-fruited style. The richness of the palate and the good acidity make for a great food wine. Think salty ingredients, gravadlax, charcuterie, olives etc
