Pronounced noses of fresh orange zest, lemon juice, green apples and white pepper. Apricot and peach on the palate with a refreshing acuity, pleasant texture and a long savoury finish.

Additional Information: Originally a cinematographer with 25 years in the movie business, and still continuing to make commercials, Adam Sabelli-Frisch started making wine at home as a fun project a few years ago. 

Now in his fifth harvest and making exceptional, award winning, low intervention wines it seems as if he has found his calling! Taking rare old plantings from select vineyards in California (75% Lodi, and 25% Santa Barbara), each wine is made from single varietal and single site in his urban winery located in Los Angeles.

From the old sandy soil Stampede vineyard planted in the 1930s, Sabelli-Frisch has produced an elegant dry White Zinfandel, a World away from the mass produced fruit forward sickly sweet roses that the grape is known for.
