Scarpa Vermouth di Torino Bianco
A wonderfully aromatic Vermouth, produced using a Moscato d`Asti base wine and the extract of 150 herbs. On the nose, dried floral character, with notes of chamomile, gentian and sweet orange. Very delicate and gentle on the palate, with a long, floral finish. Makes for a refreshing apéritif enjoyed at 10-12°C, either neat or on the rocks.

Grape Varieties: 80% Cortese from Canelli, Santo Stefano Belbo and Cossano Belbo and 20% Moscato d’Asti DOCG.
All the herbs are grown in Pancalieri, a town near Torino. Among them, some of the most important are: Angelica sylvestris or wild angelica seeds, citrus aurantium or bitter orange peel, artemisia absinthium or wormwood, elettaria cardamomum or green cardamom seeds, Cinchona officinalis or quinine bark, Swertia chirata bough, Coriandum sativumor coriander seeds, Inula helenium horse-heal root.
