Bright lemon-green in colour with a fresh nose of ripe pear, peach and lemon. Well balanced palate, medium mouthfeel and good acidity. Lemon zest and honey on finish.

Additional Information: The estate is over 850 years old and is today overseen by Michael and Eva Moosbrugger after Michael signed a two generation lease from the Catholic Monk owners in 1995.

Village level wine from six parcels; Grapes are harvested from terraced vineyards and at the lower part of the valley, as well as from the upper and higher altitude part of valley. The grapes from the lower part bring the maturity, whereas grapes from the upper part of the valley brings the freshness in the wine.
