Peach and apricot on the nose with underlying hints of white flowers and lemon zest. Citrus on the palate with grapefruit peel and fresh lemons. A refreshing finish.

Additional Information: Although the Stanislav Mádl winery was established in 1993, the family have been growing vines for generations. Today they have 57 hectares under vine predominantly around the wine-making village of Velké producing approximately 250,000 bottles a year.
Single vineyard, South West facing slope. Soil has a high percentage of marine sediment.
Double fermentation method; fermentation of 300L of juice with natural strains of yeast. A bucket (or two!) of the fermenting juice is then added to big tanks (10,000L) which he keeps open for multiple days for indigenous yeasts to accumulate.
