Additional Information: Although the Stanislav Mádl winery was established in 1993, the family have been growing vines for generations. Today they have 57 hectares under vine predominantly around the wine-making village of Velké producing approximately 250,000 bottles a year.

Grapes are de-stemmed, crushed and spontaneously fermented for three weeks in open tubs with gentle punch downs. Wine is then matured in French new oak barrels for 12 months before bottling with minimal sulphur.

Ready to drink now but can also be cellared.
