Additional Information: This white wine is produced from Palomino grapes from the Pago Macharnudo Alto, a vineyard located in Jerez de la Frontera, planted on the typical Albariza soils. Once at the winery, the grapes ferment in sherry casks and age on their lees for 6 months showing the character of the Pago Macharnudo at its best, everything we love about Valdespino sherries in a single glass and truly is something special.
