Pure and clean nose of Honey Dew melon, fresh lemon zest and Granny Smith apples. Tangy acidity, great texture and full mouthfeel. Lovey salinity on the finish with a touch of elderflower.

Additional Information: Originally from California, Quintin Quider founded Wild Earth in 1988. Today they own 35 hectares of vineyards in two of the region's finest locations Winemaker Jen Parr was named New Zealand Winemaker of the Year 2020, by Gourmet Traveller Wine Magazine.
Grapes are hand harvested in April from a single vineyard located on a prestigious terrace in Bendigo, planted in 2003, the second single vineyard Riesling produced from this site. The fruit was whole bunch pressed and cool fermented in order to retain aromatic freshness.
