A full-bodied fino sherry with complex aromas. Notes of almonds and green fruit and aromas reminiscent of the yeast layer welcome the palate, whilst the finish is long and elegant. Bone-dry and bright with chalky, mineral, olive and briny flavours.

Sourced from 100% Palomino vineyards in Jerez Superior, the Fino Pando is aged in traditional American oak casks for a minimum of 5 years.
