The Würzgarten Vermouth is a collaboration between the winemaker Ernst F. Loosen, the bar expert Philippe C. Grandbois and the herbalist Tanja Grandbois. Together have created a new type of vermouth, consisting of the finest, delicate Mosel Kabinett and eleven naturally extracted plants. It is then is matured in traditional Mosel barrels without any added sugar, the sweet fruit coming from the base wine.
